Yoga classes are an excellent addition to your dance practice or as a practice all of its own.
Based on the Hatha Yoga tradition our classes are designed to connect your mind, body and spirit using Asana, Breath Work and Meditiation.
The many benefits of Yoga include increased flexibility, strength, mobility, body tone and awareness, co-ordination, self confidence and stress relief which can include reduced hyper tension, anxiety and depression.
Regan Gardner is a qualified Yoga instructor with many years experience and is dedicated to providing quality classes in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Classes are run on Monday evenings at 7.30 pm, Thursday morning at 10 am and Thursday evening at 6.15 pm during the school term. Specialty Restorative Yoga Classes are offered each term and private classes are available.
